Established Plant : Company established in 1974 as Punjab Scooter Ltd. By Govt. of Punjab and started manufacturing of scooter in 1977.

Seat & Seat Mechanism for passenger Cars and Indian Railways Initiated manufacturing Seats for Omni Cars and Indian Railways.
Collaboration with Fuji Kiko Co. Ltd. for Seat Mechanism and became first Indian company to supply Recliner for Maruti 800 & Omni in 1995 and also started vacuum formed seats.
